How far in advance should I order flowers for Mother’s Day?
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible. The sooner you place your order, the sooner you can secure the flowers you want. When customers place their orders at the last minute, they risk not being able to have the exact arrangement they may desire. This is due to limited supplies and a high order volume during Mother’s Day. As florists fill orders, various flower types begin to run low or go out of stock. This often results in flower substitutions when needing to fill an order in a short time frame after the order has been placed late. When flowers go out of stock, shops are at the mercy of the shipping trucks that will bring in their fresh flower shipments for restocking.
It’s best not to place yourself in a pickle and provide yourself the security of locking in the flowers you desire as soon as possible.
Do I order my flowers online or in-person?

Online, you will be able to explore your options, select your favorite flowers, order, submit payment, and set a delivery date for your flowers. After you have chosen your flowers in the ordering process, you will be able to provide any card messages or specific delivery instructions.

Yes! Some customers prefer to pick up their flowers from the shop to offset a delivery fee or personally deliver their gift. Can I request a flower substitution in my Thanksgiving arrangement?
Yes. However, during high order volume holidays, such as Thanksgiving, we recommend placing your order as early in the game as possible. This allows you more flexibility to select the exact arrangement or customize the flowers you want. When supplies are lower near the day of Thanksgiving, we will not be able to guarantee that certain flowers will be available and may have to suggest substitutions from the flowers we have available in stock. Will my flowers be delivered even if no one is home?

Pocahontas Flower Shop offers both store pickup and delivery. If you would prefer to pick up your Christmas order, just give us a call at (870) 202-2004 and let us know. If you would like your order delivered, you will be able to enter the address and additional delivery details during the online ordering process. Can I request a flower substitution in my Christmas arrangement?
At Pocahontas Flower Shop, we would be happy to provide the flowers or color of flowers you would like. Please feel free to contact us (870) 202-2004 with further information regarding your request. We can discuss your options in regards to our flower and flower color availability. To secure your preferences or arrangement selection, we advise placing your order as early as possible. During the Christmas season, flower varieties may occasionally run out of stock, and we may have to wait for a delivery truck. If your flowers of choice are available, we would be glad to provide you with that personalization.
Will my flowers be delivered even if no one is home?
